At Muster Mahjong, every set is crafted to the highest standard and ships sealed following a rigorous quality inspection. Due to the bespoke and collectible nature of our products, we have a limited returns policy as outlined below.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of every Muster set. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mustermahjong.com with:

- A description of the fault or damage
- Clear photographs of the issue
Upon review, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Items must be unused and in their original sealed or near-original condition where possible.
Change of Mind

Custom & Build Your Muster Orders
All custom and Build Your Muster orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
