1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully quality-checked and packed before dispatch. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Custom and Build Your Muster orders may require additional production time — estimated timeframes will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options for Australian orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $250 AUD
  • Standard Shipping — estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping — estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs for orders under $250 AUD are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

5. Signature on Delivery

Due to the value and bespoke nature of our products, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign, a re-delivery or collection card will be left by the carrier.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

All orders are insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@mustermahjong.com with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Muster Mahjong is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply to re-ship an order returned due to an incorrect address.
