1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mustermahjong.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Muster Mahjong ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical item due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our sets.
4. Custom & Build Your Muster Orders
Custom orders are made to your specifications. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:
- The order is non-cancellable once production has commenced.
- No refunds or exchanges are available except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
- Customisation details provided by you are your responsibility to review before submission.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon dispatch.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged products as outlined in that policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Customised or bespoke orders are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
9. EU Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including rights of withdrawal and conformity of goods. Please contact us at hello@mustermahjong.com to exercise any such rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including product names, imagery, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Muster Mahjong. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Muster Mahjong's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
